The Spanish town of Los Cristianos is one of the most popular resorts on the island of Tenerife, which is one of the Canary Islands. The town's beaches are beautiful and always busy and its port offers fishing trips, pleasure cruises and scuba diving trips to the nearby island of La Gomera. In the town's early history it was a small fishing town that has since experienced significant growth and expansion over recent decades to make it a popular destination in itself.
